These terms govern your use of the Cordi Android demonstration app provided by Light Nexus AI Inc, doing business as Light Nexus. By selecting an agreement control presented in the app or using Cordi after these terms are made available, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the app.
1 Demo use and eligibility
Cordi is available to adults aged 18 or older for evaluating demonstration workflows. Access uses a shared demonstration sign-in; no personal account is created. We grant you a limited, nonexclusive, nontransferable right to use the app for lawful demonstration and evaluation purposes. These terms do not authorize an enterprise deployment or the processing of real patient records.
2 No medical use
Cordi is a demonstration app, not a medical device, and does not diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any medical condition. Its fictitious scenarios, scores, care suggestions and AI responses must not be used to make actual clinical decisions, administer medication, determine discharge readiness or manage emergencies. Consult a qualified healthcare professional for medical advice. For an emergency, contact local emergency services.
The demo does not contact a real clinician, update an actual medical record, place a clinical order or confirm completion of real care. Illustrative actions and notifications must not be treated as real clinical execution.
3 AI output and acceptable use
AI responses may be inaccurate, incomplete, inconsistent or fabricated. Review them critically and use them only within fictitious demonstration scenarios. Do not enter real patient information, confidential records or personal information about other people. Do not use the app for unlawful activity, harmful or abusive content, impersonation, unauthorized access or disruption of the service. Do not attempt to bypass security or usage limits.
4 Your submissions and privacy
You retain any rights you have in information you submit. You grant us the limited permission necessary to process your submissions and provide the demo and support as described in the Light Nexus Privacy Policy. Submit only information you are entitled to provide. The privacy policy explains cloud speech and AI processing, retention and available privacy choices. Accepting these terms does not replace any separate consent required for sensitive-data processing.
5 Ownership and availability
Light Nexus and its licensors retain rights in the app, branding and software. No rights are transferred except the limited permission to use the demo. We may change, limit, suspend or discontinue the demo, or restrict misuse. We do not guarantee uninterrupted access, compatibility or preservation of demonstration sessions. Stop using the app if you no longer wish to participate.
6 Disclaimer and liability
To the extent permitted by applicable law, the demonstration app is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of accuracy, fitness for a particular purpose or uninterrupted availability. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from use of the demo. These terms do not exclude liability or restrict consumer rights that cannot lawfully be excluded or restricted.
7 Changes and contact
We may revise these terms and will make the updated terms available in the app or on the linked terms page. Where required, material changes will be notified or presented for acceptance before they apply. If you disagree, stop using Cordi. Questions: support@lightnexus.ai.
